Am I a little bit overweight?

Question:
Well i'm 16, female, and 116 lbs. Is that overweight, just a tinny bit?
And how can I make my legs thinner? Like what exercises?
Not more muscular, just thinner.
I got the diet part taken care of. :) thanks

Answers:
well it would be helpful to know what height you are, but 116 isnt very overweight unless you're under 5'5 or so.

you can check out your BMI to see if you're overweight or normal weight here: http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/...

i had the same problem with my leg muscles being too bulky from soccer, so i did pilates (you can buy cheap but good pilates videos at Best Buy or Wal-Mart) and that stretches out your muscles, making your legs look thinner. running also stretches your muscles out to create a leaner look instead of bulk.
well how tall r u??
if you are shorter than 5 feet, i would say lose a few pounds. if you are taller than 5 feet you are perfect.

as for you legs, wake up an hour earlier and go jogging!
cut the junk!
replace your beverages with water!
jog for an hour in the evening, too.
choose stairs instead of escalators/elevators.
How tall are you? I am 5ft 6 and my dr said a healthy weight for me is 125-133lbs so i think its based off of your height!
no, you sound like you'd be really skinny unless your extremely short. it would be helpful if you mentioned your height. and some of that could be muscle
ur fine, for ur height ur weight should be between 114-146
Actually, you're a tad underweight according to the BMI calculator I just used. Your BMI is 18.4, and the healthy BMI range is 18.5-24.9. Maybe you should start dieting to gain weight instead of lose it.
