take your weight times 10, subtract 10%. Thats the number of calories you should consume to safely lose weight. then do 30 minutes of cardio, such as eliptical or treadmill. it's ok to start with 10 minutes and build up to it. add in 30 minutes of circuit training with light weight and high reps.

Nothing does you better than walking 2-3 miles a day... believe me you'll feel healthier and you'll see results really fast. Watch what you eat, eat healthier and go to the gym often, keep a positive attitude about it, don't rush your body to anything!
you have to makesure u eat less than u burn...but eat a balanced diet. u can try the slim in 6 diet it costs alot but its very effective... go to beachbody.com for really good workouts i have always found that beachbody works.remember 1 pound of fat is 3500 calories also run each morning that can help :D

Sorry to tell you there are no magic potion out there.
You need to eat less carbs (sugars, bread, etc...) eat whole grains and more on vegetable and proteins. I lost 12lbs already and I weight 138lbs right now. What I did is eat oatmeal in the morning, salad in the afternoon and a sensible dinner. But I do not eat anything 4 hour before bedtime. That mean no snacks. I am also drinking this product in the morning and bedtime. I hope this helps!

First of all would be to never ask about fitness on here, you get so many varied answered like people telling you to not eat carbs. That is such a load of bo**ocks, you need carbs in ur diet, just like you need fat in your diet. Never suddenly cut out foods completely out off ur diet, and never exercise at full tempo str8 away, it will shock ur body and you wont be able to cope. Take it easy at first, cut out the unhealthy crap from ur diet. Never say something isnt possible as that just isnt true, if you stick to ur goals then all will come together in the end. Never expect results quicker than possible, this is one of the reason people end exercise regimes early. My biggest tip would be to simply buy Men's Health or mens fitness or go on their website or just check online. Make sure they are from reputable sources. Men's Health magazine immediately makes sense about healthy living it really shows they know what they are talking about and it really shows that they know what it means to be healthy, they really care about people health and if you buy it then it will be the first step to a healthier life. Every day people around the world are discovering ways of maintaining a healthier life. Also, never go on a "diet", women swear by them and wonder why they fail all their lives to lose weight. spinning classes take three classes in the morning and two at night. get a gel-seat at walmart first ( 10 to 20 dlls) . keep yourself hydrated at all times. your legs will probably be sore for two weeks but your knees will be ok. make spinning classes your passion.
Okay...I only started last monday...All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 7 pounds.
