No. Your calories intake is too much if you want to lose weight. For a normal person who donot need losing weight, 1100 is good. It will not make you gain, and it will not make you lose neither. Fangfang way recommend 800 calories for a woman. For details, see: www.fangfangweightloss.com
yes I like this, but don't exert yourself. Try this too: Drink a glass of lukewarm water in the morning. Cold water to cool down after a workout and another glass oflukewarm water before bed.
Yeah, if you want to die. You will soon become weak and start getting sick frequently. It does sound like you have excellent discipline and are very motivated. You can't run 5 miles everyday and you can't live on 1100 calories a day. Mix the two and you have a recipe for disaster. Just eat relatively healthily and run every other day. I eat like a maniac and run every other day and I am extremely fit. I have to be though, I'm in the Army.
hi. For the best weight plan drop into any privately owned sports physiotherapy clinic and tell them what you want to accomplish and then follow their advice to the letter. At age 51 I am now in better shape then when I was 18.
No. You should at least be taking in 1200 calories. Also, the 5 miles is overexertion. Too much excercise is not good for anybody. All anybody needs is 20 to 30 minutes of excercise, 3 to 5 days a week. i have learned this off "skinny Wednesday", which airs every Wednesday on the 700 Club.
1100 is to much calories, and just run 2 miles every other day.
