i need to know something..ok ive been working out everyday i walk every day in the park fast and today i didnt feel like it so i decided to workout on my treadmill which i hate..anyway it wasnt working and it was in the hill position like ur walking up a hill and i made it work by moving it on my own for 15 minutes and my face was like a fosset sweat sweat sweat and my calves are killing it was a tough workout..how much calories do u think i lost dont forget i was working the treadmill i was walking and pushing it to walk.thanks for the answers

you probably burned from 250 to 300 cal. it always depend on how fast you were going. but 250 to 300 cal is the average burned at about 3.5-4 mph

If one does things beyond capacity to do so, the problems r created. Please do increase ur stamina gradually.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
