Ilove food...how can be on a diet and still eat at resturants with my friends?

Question:

Answers:
Try to order "healthy" (ie. Baked potato instead of fries, chicken instead of steak), and box up half the meal to take home for lunch the next day. Also, you can order an appetizer for a main course, stick to water and diet pop instead of cocktails, and either order the light dessert or just coffee.
go for salads ans soups ,but make sure the soups aren't creamy and only the oily vinegar on the salad
wasy..run or speedwalk for 20-30 min atleast 3x a week, and u can eat anything!!
You can't let people talk you in to eating stuff you should not, or do not want to eat. When someone suggests something not on my diet plan I just smile and say, "No thanks, I'm cutting back on that." In fact, I've said those words so much that they are getting to be a kind of standing joke amongst me and my friends... "Hey Smith, do you want to shoot some pool?" My reply, "No thanks, I'm cutting back on that."
My hubby and I like to share a meal. See if one of your friends will split a meal with you..So many restaurants over feed us now days..also get a salad with your meal.
