Weight Q for everyone?

now instead of white bread, its wheat. Always 1% milk (3 or more cups a day) and to situps, walks and runs at least twice a week. Smoothies have entered my life, and almost everything in the cuboards r fat free or lowfat.
since this change has happened in the last week or so, and i have 2 weeks until school starts. do u think i can lose 5-15 pounds??
and wat is the normal weight for someone my height?

you could loose some weight if you wanted to but you don't have to.

You weight is totally normal for your height. If you think you can still lose some weight I wouldn't worry about losing it before school starts. Try to lose a pound a week at the most. It'll stay off easier if you do that.
When I want to lose weight I do a couple of things. I cut out all sugar and anything processed. It's long story but I have a diet that uses weight watchers (using their point system), but you use the food groups of the American Food Guide to make sure you get all the food groups. Then I write down everything I eat to make sure I'm getting the proper food groups.
In addition weight training will build muscle in your body which will burn more fat even when you're just sitting around. I would try that for sure in addition to your other exercise.

i thing cannot i guess u just can lost 5-10 pound,for girl i thing better is not over then 120ibs ,but just keep it every day u can do it,hope u can successful.
