Is it possible to lose these amount of pounds??

im 5'4 and around 160lbs.. in that kind of routine.. how much do you think i would lose in 10months?

it sounds like you are on the right track. you must realize that this is a lifetime exercise. well i shouldn't say exercise. it's just a way of life. your body takes about a year to recognize and adjust to a change in diet. yes you'll lose weight in the meantime but hopefully your eating habits are such that you continue through life.
diets need not be unpleasant. on the contrary, eating is a pleasing experience without over eating.
then there is activity which needs to be accelerated. what you sustain yourself with needs to be burned of by activity. otherwise the body stores it. thus the overweight.
