How do i stop binge eating?

I had a friend in high school who was really worried about her weight and her health. She ended up getting very ill and needing counseling. I highly recommend talking to your school counselor or your doctor. Your doctor could especially help make sure you're eating enough and not too much. It's not often patients go in to the doctor and ask their opinion about what they should eat and how much is healthy. Once he or she is no longer shocked that someone actually cares that they know a lot of healthy ways to eat, you'll get a lot of really good advice.
I did this last year after I was trying to lose weight (I'd had a baby). His jaw dropped when I asked my ideal weight so I can have that as my goal. But he ended up helping me a lot.
Good luck!
Binge eating occurs when you starve your body of proper nutrients. It is very important to start your day with Protein either in shake form or eggs or meat. This will stop your body from starving and storing fat.
Hey girl, you sound exactly like me when I was your age. Right now I am 20 and I am still 5 feet tall. I have been struggling with the same issue for a long time. What I really recommend is excerise. I know, I know, it's so hard to get up in the morning and go for a jog but trust me once you do it, you'll actually like it! I am a person who hated any kind of physical activity my entire life and now I love to go on the treadmill! Bring your ipod or a friend or walk your dog to make it fun. Also I find the more I excerise the less I am hungry in the day and on the days when I really really want that chocolate cookie I wont feel guilty because I ran in the morning. I also recommend pilates and yoga because they are so relaxing and non competitive. Also another tip is try to cut back on carbs because they make you even hungrier! so... breads, pastas, rice, any junk with sugar. good luck!!
