I love running what can i do....?


Question:
May sound somewhat stupid but here it is.Im in good shape now and I love running, and pushing myself to the limits. However heres the thing, i dont really care for weight lifting, but i like that feeling you get after a good workout. What if anything can I incorporate into a run to give me more muscle strength/endurance without using weights. Im talking while im running. Im not trying to lose weight just get in great overall shape and continue to push myself without the use of weights.

I know the best thing you can do without weights try cycling it will strengthen your legs in ways running cant, and swimming it will build up your V02 max which is really good. And you can get your arms toned to help with form.
try sprints.
i don't know about your area but in mine i have Hibbet's and they sell a small parachute that you strap on and sprint with and it causes resistance in your sprints..also you can buy a weight vest of various weights and use that..( some vest i think range from 10 to 50 pounds...seen some 75 lbs but cost a lot if i remember)
