I feel like I'm anorexic. How can I get calories without eating much, in a healthy way?

This is new to me. I don't like eating for some reason. I used to always be hungry.

I would try eating breakfast (cereal) with full fat milk, then having a baked potato with cheese for lunch and for dinner some red meat. Here are a list of calorific foods...

try eating snacks, such as fruits, veggie sticks, or wheat crackers. try eating something small every hour or two. you won't be hungry, but you will be eating something healthy and putting on healthy calories. if you feel something is really wrong, you should consult a doctor.
drink ensure plus . it as calories and nutrition .i used to be anorexic and used it to make up for the calories I didn't eat

I was anorexic as a teenager. God how I have changed. i absolutely love my food now, like I did when I was a kid. I can't remember how I overcome it, but I know that i should have gone to a dietician, because I had a poor relationship with my body and food for years afterwards. So I recommend you do that. Milkshakes came to mind though. That way you are drinking your calories rather than eating them.
I hear you. I'm 90lbs & I don't get hungry that often. Try ensure plus with ice cream. They come in so many different flavors. I only eat one meal a day but I drink 2 ensure plus' which is like 700 calories
anything with a high fat content will give you a high number of calories...next protein ...then carbohydrates..
