Try taking a protein supplimet after your workout. The protein wll help rebuild and repair the muscles that get damaged during your workout.

Stretch, drink plenty of water, and take some ibuprofen (it helps muscle tissue when it's inflammed). You can also get some sports cream to rub on (think along hte lines of Icy Hot) when your muscles get too sore. Hope this helps!
i take a multivitamin to replenish all of the minerals and stuff i lost, then i put icy hot on any muscles that feel like they're going to cramp and after that you just sit or lay down and relax.
take a long hot bath or shower
OK this is really hard to do but it works. It takes a lot of discipline. Fill your tub with freezing cold water then lie in it for 20-30 minutes. It makes your muscles feel amazing when you are finished.
