Ok so i eat 1 gallon of yogurt every week. Ive been doing this for the past 3 months. Is this too much?? Can i get sick? Are there any benefits.? Thanks in advance

o and btw does this help my bones become stronger?

Answers:
If you've been doing it for 3 months and haven't experienced any unpleasant reactions, I'm sure you're fine. That is quite a lot, though (most people probably don't eat more than 2 gallons per MONTH)! 1 gallon per week works out to a little more than two 8-oz servings a day. I wouldn't call that excessive.

Just pay attention to what else you're eating with the yogurt. Low-fat or non-fat is better for you when you're eating so much of it. There can also be a lot of SUGAR in some brands of yogurt, and that can be bad for you (weight gain, diabetes). So watch the overall calories and fat and sugar content.

The beneficial bacterias in yogurt are good for digestion and help fight the bad bacterias that invade our bodies all the time. The calcium in yogurt is DEFINITELY good for your bones too, but I think your body can only process so much and the rest is disposed of in your waste, so eating more calcium than the RDA or what your doctor recommends is not doing you any good.

Hope this helps.
First thing is Why? Now to the best answer I've got, Yogurt is really good for wording off yeast infection for women. The calcium can also be a great benefit to yogurt. But anything in excess can harm you...1 cup of yogurt a day is plenty, I have no idea how many gallons that is.
