im the fat kid in school yay and i hate every moment of it and now the school year is here i want that to change so i need help

talk to your doctor. you must lose the weight a healthy way. if you want it to stay off then you have to change the way you eat all together. going a crash diet is unhealthy like no other and will all come back.

Please go see a doctor. Also, if your only 13 you still have a lot of growing to do. If you eat healthy your weight will probably change and you'll thin out. When I hit my sophomore year in high school I thinned out a lot.

You shouldn't have let youself get in that condition. You probably have a genetic problem. You can't lose 50 pounds quickly. Don't obsess over the fact that your overweight. Try to get some excersize and face the fact that it's going to be a lot of work. Repeat: A lot of work. And discipline. Set a goal for 3 years from now. Your too young to work out with weights, don't even try. You just have to burn more calories than you consume.
