How can you tell if you have fat or skin that needs tightening or if its needs toned up?


Question:
I am very small, 103lbs 5ft 3in. Had a baby at age 41..always have been very fit..work out with weights 5 days a week for years..even during pregnancy..have defined abs and shoulders..things like that..BUT...There is a giggle on my waist area and lower abs have Something! that giggles a bit..I am at a loss at to what the heck this is and how to get rid of it..Is it fat? is it skin? is it what? Help!

Answers:
I wouldnt think it was skin because u said during ur pregnancy, u worked out, which meant u worked out enough to maintain your same weight pretty much without gaining all that pregnancy weight. i think its fat..do some cardio
