HECK NO! There are never too many calories - try a 10,000 calorie burger with fries and an ice cream shake. people will sell it too you so it must be legal. I have never OD'd on calories. I have gained 6 inches in 3 or 4 months now. It is sickening the way I gained it back so fast after a year of chiseling it off.
