Sorry, the weight gain won't go where you want it to. If it did nobody would have a big stomach cause nobody wants it to go there. If you want to build up your butt and thighs, concentrate your excercises on these body parts doing squats or leg presses. You could also use isometric excersise which is basically prolonged periods of flexing your thighs and buttocks. High protein diet aids muscle mass growth while carbs are generally stored as fat.
I'm not sure, I was blessed with a big butt, but I think that carbs or something may help.
You can NOT eat something in particular or eat a certain portion of food that will lead to concentrated weight gain, i.e. the butt. Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. You could try gaining muscles however, making your buttucks appear bigger and thighs thicker.

Beyonce got what her mama gave her, she is admired by many women and men but even she had a problem with her body image, she lost 20 lbs for dreamgirls by a starvation diet ! Unfortunately it is estrogen and genetics that will keep you from being thick, there is nothing you can do, so just shake what you have!
