First timer?

I am going to become a member of a new gym today, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I want to loose weight and tone my entire body. (Mostly my tummy, legs and arms) Does anyone have a good workout routine that targets these areas?

If not, go somewhere else, because as your body changes, your routines will need to change. Also, the trainer can see what your fitness level is right now, and make safe recommendations for your personal goals.
Yes. Cardio will help lose weight from your entire body. Check with the gym's trainer about weight lifting for toning. Lunges/Squats are great for lower body, situps, etc for abs, and many different ones for arms/upper body (bench press, curls, etc). Good luck, and pace yourself!
