How do i shake the temptation to have sweets??


Question:
It's the summertime and i usually just go on a crazy eating-spree and it kinda pisses me off 'cause when i eat a lot of sweets (i'm not overweight/ i just wanna be healthy) or just food in general i feel all depressed and get a high when i eat more so i get temptations eevverryyyyyday i walk through the kitchen lol

how do i stop the temptation??

guzzle down alot of water and trust me you wont want nuthing else after that or eat a banana, those suckers fill you up!!
it wont go away :( I'm on a diet right now to make my weight for the military and their's always cake or something in the kitchen. I just fight the urge, dont do it. You can try chewing gum, or eating tic tacs...its kind of a treat but not so bad for you with the few calories thats in it. Also all natural Sorbet is delicious and alot healthier than ice cream if you like to go that route. Other than changing the sweets you eat to keep healthy, theres nothing that can be done. It's just all about your will power. You can do it though :)
I have the same problem. What I ended up doing was just not buying the stuff. If it's not around, I can't eat it. Instead, I buy some dried fruit that has no sugar added (dried banana chips), nuts (non-salted), yogurt (to substitute for ice cream). Instead of soda, I drink juice or Chinese tea (English tea has no taste without sugar and milk).

instead of eating sweets, try grabbing a fruit, such as an apple or banana or grapes. otherwise you could try getting some sugar free gum. it has less calories than sweets, and its still sweet
eat fruit instead it's still sweet but its healthy
