Mucsule Of Fat?

Igh so lets take alot at my situation.

I cut calories to about 1400-1500 ish, i lift wieghts every day and im packin on the muscle. But my concern is that the wieght i will lose if coming from muscle loss. Will the extra energy my body needs be coming from my fat or mucle. and if both at what ratio?

Are you trying to lose weight or tone up? If you are gaining muscle mass, don't cut calories.
