Answers:
well one thing could be that you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. But yes if you do the same exercises for a long time it becomes ineffectual, it isn't so much the same exercise but the same level of endurance or lifting or resistance if you run a mile a day it will help but after a month you have to increase to get results
no, if youre adding more weight then you should keep seeing results, but yeh changing up your routine is always good.
so you dont need to change it, but its good if you do.
I think it is the repetitiveness that keeps you firm
you could be gaining muscles ,but keep an eye on your intake of food okay
Yes, it's true. It's good that you have increased your weight, but you really should change your routine too. Muscles have memory and after doing the same thing for so long they "remember" it and you won't get the full benefit out of the exercise. It's good to change things up and surprise the muscle - this will increase your burn and change the shape of your muscle all the way around.
no it's not true. uuhhmm.. i suggest go to a gym and ask a trainer to do a program for you. usually, you should add 2.5-5 kg (when you're lifting in kg) or at least 10lbs (when it's on pounds.) per week. it will help you build your body more.
