Belly Buster Solutions Needed?

Hi! im 13/girl and i have a teeny weight issue, im not "fat"but im definitly not skinny (and i dont wanna be) im really happy with myself, but my doctor says i might feel better if i loose that extra ring of fat at my belly. im only doing it fo health not for vanity.!

jog alot, and sit ups, wheather or not you dont think they dont help you, they help everyone, i dont care what anyone tells you, sit ups help anyone best advise i can give oh, and ...eat some fish, its really high in protein

Hi, I would not even think about diet pills! I don't think that is a very effective way of loosing that extra bit of belly fat and I am not convinced they actually work! Best thing you can do to bust the belly is regular exercise and a balanced diet. Put "the plank exercise" into a search engine and have a go at that. Its excellent for getting rid of flabby bits and will have you in shape in no time! Sit ups are the best thing for getting that wobble away so keep trying and you will see a change soon enough. The "V Sit" is also a good choice! Good Luck!!
