When u lose weight where does it go how does it leave ur body?

Are sugar alcohols a refined carb, a complex carb, or neither?

Answer:
Everything in your body contains mass, which means everything weighs SOMETHING. When you urinate, defecate, sweat, and even breathe out, you lose some weight. However, I think what you're asking is where excess weight goes when you lose it by exercise and diet.

Primarily, weight loss is the result of shrinking fat cells in the body. Though you never actually shed fat cells, they can grow and shrink according to the body's needs. When you exercise, your body uses the energy stored in your fat cells. The fat is metabolized by little cellular bodies called mitochondria. The mitochondria convert the fat into energy and carbon dioxide, which you breathe out through your lungs.

Another way people lose weight is through excessive sweating. The body is made up of 70% water, so if you sweat without replenishing your fluids, you can temporarily lose weight. However, this is dangerous, unhealthy, and completely temporary!

The final way you can lose weight is by losing muscle. If a person exercises too much and eats too little, the body is starved for energy. To get more energy, the body can start metabolizing its own muscle. This is also unhealthy.

I have a lot of fat build up below my waist line-I hear it was from sugar-how do I lose it?

It ends as carbon dioxide and water. You exhale carbon dioxide and you sweat or urinate the water.

Weak lower back. Is it a good idea to excercise it or not?

Your body will store excess sugar as fat. It will get its normal energy by using oxygen, which we breath, and burn up simple normal sugars such as glucose which it gets from your normal carbohydrate and fat intake. By controlling the intake of starchy food and then doing normal exercise your body will look for the extra sugar that it needs from your stored fat. Thus you will start to loose weight. The fat breaks down to energy, carbon dioxide and water. A doctors advise is really necessary before starting on a large fat reducing regime. The Atkins Diet, if used sensibly, restricts carbohydrate intake so that the only source of sugar is fat and protein.

Why am I fit but my frontage isn't?

Sweat, number 1 and 2, burning fat...body is consuming built up calories making you smaller.

Am i eating too little or too much?

Great question. it just goes away, not real physical effect, like smoke or anything. When you lose weight you are burning excess fat. Fat is stored energy. A calories is a unit of energy and when we consume more than we need the body stores it for later use, as fat. When we burn out fat stores, they just go away. There are some technical explanations, like the fat cycle and so forth, but suffice it to say it gets burned up.
