Whats the best excercise to get a big chest and arms?

Basic for chest. Push ups.
Do 5 sets of 7PU's.. (in between the sets, rest for like 10 seconds) Sounds easy hey, why not try it.
After 5 sets, rest for a few minutes.
And do another 5 sets.
Don't stress to much if you just
started exercising.
For arms, chest and shoulders - do chin ups.
If u dont have a bar at home, then maybe u can visit
the nearest exercising corner near your neighbourhood.
Do in sets of 3s at the start.
How many sets? say 5 sets for beginners.
If u have a weight, consider doing bench press and shoulder press.
Remember, Your back body counts too. Having a nice chest but not back doesn't look good. :)
work with large weights and small reps
night time before bed, drink protein in between the two too.
Bench press is the best for upper body
Bench Press - lying on your back on a weight bench, using a bar bell, lower so bar is an inch above chest then push up
