How can I lose weight everywhere?

Question:
I am very slim until you get to my butt, thighs, and calves. What is the best way to lose weight in my lower body? I have tried everything but I just lose weight in my stomach. Any ideas?

Answers:
Lets start with the basics:

1 - You dont really want to follow a strict diet, because you will only end up breaking it.

2 - Eat what you like occasionally otherwise you will lose enthusiasm and pleasure for losing weight and end up eating too much bad food at once. A bit of ice cream once every other week wont kill you.

3 - Dont go crazy counting calories but read up on it so you know how much you should have.

4 - Avoid sugar, cholesterol, artificial flavors, and other bad items.

5 - Avoid caffeineted drinks such as soda or sugary drinks like fruit punch and juices.

6 - Eat more meals spread out over the course of the entire day. Dont eat large meals in one sitting.

7 - Working out: Do cardio about 4 days a week and weight training (with light dumbells) 2-3 times a week giving your muscles at least a day or two to heal.

8 - Dont weigh yourself every day.

9 - If you need help, dont be afraid to ask

Good foods: apples, broccoli, oranges, onions, carrots, salmon, beans, seaweed, lemons, garlic.

Bad foods: solid oils, fried food, flour or white bread, white rice (eat brown instead), sugar, canned soup, salty foods, alfredo sauces, processed meats, fatty foods.

* Always eat breakfast.

Phew, there is so much more but I have to leave work in a few minutes. If you need more advice, feel free to e-mail me: abadar100@yahoo.com
Do a lot of lunges and squats. Running and jogging also gives the legs shape and can slim down the thighs
id say go to a personal gym trainer..they can tell you the best exercises to be doing to eliminate fat from certain places..it might cost you a little bit but once youve got the hang of it youll be able to do it on your own and won't need to pay anyone..good luck ;)
Why not do the best excercise there is for us humans, SWIMMING, cant beat it no matter what age you are.
lucky you that you lose on stomach, coz having flatter stomach is more difficult than losing weight on lower body. Swimming, cycling, cimbing stairs, squats, lungs will do you good. consult this great lower body weight lose exercises...

eat heathy VERY HEATHY and work out 3 times a week if not more do this till your dead!! you can eat cake etc ever now and then!!
don't eat so much
Try Pilates or Yoga. They have exercises that focus on one section of the body at a time. You could to the lower body section and not the rest. That could help.
To lose weight, all you need is patience, consistency and determination. There are certain things people keep ignoring when they try to lose weight:
1) You need to change your lifestyle. People go on crash diets and lose some pounds, then they get back to their old eating habits, hence gaining more pounds, and the cycle repeats again. Junk food and soft drinks are evil, period. They are the main culprits for a big stomach. Also, eat more slowly and stop when you're full, no matter how much left there is on the plate.
2) Do cardio consistently at an intensity that totally wear you out in 30 minutes. It makes you lose weight faster. Don't underestimate inconsistency, it's the main clause of failure for those flat-ab wannabes. Make it a habit, it might seem difficult starting out, but trust me, you'll get used to it in a week.
3) Don't rush weight loss. You can only lose 2.5lbs per week at MOST. Any more and you're losing muscle as well. Don't expect visible results in a week or two. They only start to show after a month or so. Do you really think you gain all those pounds of fats in just a few weeks? Then don't expect to shed them pretty soon. As long as you persevere, you'll be rewarded.
no way to spot reduce...ul just have to do cardio and eating healthy...thats gonna take weight off from everywhere
Do not use heavy denim jeans...use light cotton jeans
All of the above will help, but if you are this shape genetically you will never have skinny les, look at your mum/sister/aunt/gran. If they are a certain shape, chances are you will be too!
Have fun getting into shape but don't beat yourself up to be tiny, curves are nice on girls!
Exercise is good, but sadly fat is fat, wherever it is.
Your kinda the opposite to men, who all struggle to lose it off their bellies (first place it goes on, last place it comes off - trust me!)

So ultimately, trim your diet, and hit the gym some more. Stick to cardiovascular machines (rowing, treadmill, cross trainer etc) to shed the fat and bring everything into shape.

Best of luck.

Good exercise plan, good diet plan that is clearly explained
Good luck
Walking, running, riding a bike, swimming, dancing, aerobics.
If you go on a diet remember you need exercise too for the proper distribution of the body's fat.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
