Answers:    Weights will unambiguously help. But in that are other ways to do it. Yoga will give you a assassin body as well as pilates, but those are more time consuming than lifting weights, within my opinion. running will tone your legs and relief you lose weight, but won't do much for your arms. Even 5lb dumbbells after a while will aid tone you.
