Question:
i'm very happy with my upper body . my legs are thick but toned. i don't want to gain muscles there. although i do squats, i still have flabby inner thighs and need to lose fat in my butt. i do H.I.T.T (high intensity interval training) on the treadmill for an hour 3-4 days a week.
now for the question:
should i run continuously, do H.I.T.T on treadmill, or do elliptical for an hour if i want to lean out my leg muscles AND lose fat in my inner thighs and butt?

you aren't doing HIIT right if you can do it for an hour, after 15 minutes and you should be ready to puke and pass out.
