work out before you eat in the morning, thats the best time to lose weight, if you eat before, you will end up building muscle under fat. if you are trying to lose weight do that, if you are trying to get big, then it really doesn't matter, but it takes a lot of hard work and longer periods of working out or w.e you do.
I think you shouldnt workout on evening because i tried working out on evening but then the very next day i felt very weak.
in the morning i workout with cardio for an hour , in the afternoon abs 8-15 minutes, at night abs 8-15 minutes
i dont think its a bad idea.but remember u gotta give ur body rest...and keep drinking that water..but dont be eating small meals like that...eat 3 good meals a day and eat small snacks or semi meals in between them..healthy stuff like fruits and vegetables
I did that for two weeks. After those two weeks I was so tired and sore I took a week off. So unless you have the time to recover properly I wouldn't suggest it.
If your diet is so little dont work out twice a day, if you increase your diet best is to do cardio in the morning and abs in the evening each for an hour
