Anyone know any protien recipes and to take to school 4 lunch?

i just recently made the cuts for my middle school football team and id like to know any recipes to help build muscle and help me to do good with football

This all depends on how serious you are. I keep a magic bullet blender (cost $60 at Herbergers, you might find it lower at Walmar/Target) in my locker at the gym. I also keep whey protein powder, creatine, and glutamine there (they all vary in price depending on how much you buy- sometime you can find one product that contains all of it- Check out GNC or Vitamin World or your local health shop). Each day I bring some icecubes and 6-7 frozen strawberries (sometimes blueberries but make sure to check your teeth afterwards)
After my workout I take 1 1/2 scoops of protein, a teaspoon of creatine, 1/2 teaspoon of glutamine, the strawberries, icecubes, and mix them in the magicbullet with water. It tastes pretty good after a workout and knocks back my appetite. I used to eat like a pig after my workout-- lots of garbage but this really turned my diet around.
But it is a good idea to bring some dishwashing liquid to wash out the cup and blades-- thing will grow if you don't wash it out properly (believe me on this)
You probably want to bring some apples too for fiber
By eating dairy and lean meat like beef and fish, you will boost your protein intake, but you also should start working out if you really want muscle
