frankly i dont' enjoy doing excercise, but cardio is the best option as it's the only way to burn fat. Crunches or lungers just tone muscles and not the fat. After you start a regular jog, it will be much easier than you think. Plus it isn't about losing weight, it's about a better lifestyle
