Always hungry?

Question:

i am a type 2 diabetic and also have hypothyroidism.i am taking 100 mg of synthroid for that .i try to eat right but for some reason i stay hungry and not for snacks but real food.i can't figure it out.is anyone else this way?

My mom is also diabetic since she gave birth to my little brother.. She was being injected with insulin in her tummy every night..

Sigh.. I really wonder, with so much advancement in technology nowadays, why is it that no cure in diabetis has ever been invented anyway?

Is yours acquired? Or hereditary? My mom's is hereditary. Imagine 13 of them in the family has diabetis.. She said that acquired diabetes can still be cured though..

Hunger is one symptom for diabetics. My mom experiences it too but she overcomes it by doing a lot of activities like gardening.. If she does nothing, she feels sleepy and hungry and itchy all over her body.. Her doctor advised her to keep herself busy but should never skip meals and never forget her medicine..

Try this. Try to get youself involved in activities and you woon't feel that hungary. But if u r gonna stay home like most of the time, u will want to eat very often.
