Is 20 lbs a lot to lose?

1. is it a lot to lose?
2. just by diet and exercise approx. how long will it take me to lose all this?
3. would 20 lbs be easy to lose?

Its more percentage. Like at 70 pounds for me it would probably be deadly (I'm 5'8 and 14). But for a 200 pound guy it wouldn't be much. We need to know your weight...

It's reasonable for someone your height and weight.
DON'T DIET... EXERCISE ... Trust me I have 6 sisters... Dieting in bad ways often makes you fatter... and it's hard to know the right way... if your serious probably mid-october
Find a sport you enjoy and do it every day... run/bike/walk/rollerblade/ take your i-pod... it shouldn't be that hard if you enjoy it

yes 20lbs is fairly easy to lose. for one it is not that much to lose. if you want an easy way to lose weight try to adkins diet i lost 75 lbs in 1 year and kept it off...its not a long term diet but its good for those few pounds you want to shed real fast.
20 pounds is a LOT. and it will take awhile. it's gonna be tough, but if you're determined, then of course 20 pounds will come off
