Soup diet?

does anyone think that is i eat nothing but soup for a week or more i could lose any weight ? along with a few work outs and long walks ?

You'll lose the weight (and I speak from experience when I say THIS) You will gain it all back the week you start eating regular again. A true diet teaches you how to eat the foods you like in moderation. The reason these fad diets (soup, cereal, Yogurt, Salads, etc.) don't work is that the same food every day 3 times a day is very boring and a person requires variety to want to stick to anything.
that is not a good diet because its a waste of claories you will still consume calories and when you have soup its basically water so you just pee it out so its gone in 1 hour then your hungry again and you are just consuming more and more calories
