It is very dangerous to lose that much weight in less than two weeks. Aim for a month. If you really want to lose weight fast, lose cheese and other high-fat food. Work out for at least 40 minutes each day, pushing yourself harder everytime. Do not use diet pills because you will just gain the weight right back as soon as you stop using them and they can cause heart damage due to the amount of caffiene in the pills.
you cant lose 10-15 in 2 weeks without drugs or chemicals. you should have thought of this 2 months ago. instead of pigging out all summer.

but for a better workout, go ahead and do a single push-up as soon as you thrust your feet backwards and do a leap instead of just standing. This along with eating an old fashion bowl of oatmeal sweeten with honey, everyday and adding ground flax seed to salads and anything else will give you plenty of additional fiber to give you the best chance to reach this goal. That's a lot of weight to lose in 2 weeks. I would say it's impossible. A healthy weight loss is 1lb/2lbs a week. If you lose it too much weight to quickly you will put it on twice as quick and much more.
The key to weight loss is keeping it off. Only with healthy eating and exercise this is possible.
You really need to give yourself about 4 weeks to lose 10-15lbs. Follow a diet of lean meats, fish, vegetables, fresh fruit, low fat dairy products, pasta, brown rice, wholemeal foods.
Drink lots of water. Eat slowly too. Cut down your portion sizes as well, give yourself time to feel full up.
Keep away from cakes, biscuits, chocolate, sweets, fizzy drinks, alcohol, fast foods, ready made supermarket foods all of these are high in saturated fat, salt and sugar all adding on those unwanted extra pounds.
