You are fit, and yes it sounds healthy, but you are a bit over your ideal weight, but then since you work out, you might look like you're in a good shape cuz muscle weighs more than fat.

Yeah that sounds healthy to me but at the upper end of healthy. If you work out you must have lots of muscle which ways more than fat so I would presumme you weigh more than you look. Keep going with your healthy lifestyle, your doing great! =)

That doesn't sound bad, I'm 24, 5'4 and 125, but I used to be 135. I would say definitely get into a health conscious attitude now while you still have a good and strong metabolism, and increase that attitude as you get older.
