havent tried it but it will work as will any diet where ur restricting yr calories. the only thing that confuses me about is they dont say what size bowl of cereal, when u see it on tv they seem to have a larger bowl than the 30g or whatever given on the packet as an average bowlful under the calorie count. if u keep to 300 cals a meal 2x a day with one other healthy meal and snacks of fruit, plenty of water and exercise u should drop a few pounds quite quick. good luck.
Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me. You can check the website at
http://www.they-fit.info , I had a free trial and paid less than 5.00$ shipping and handling. Best of luck!
I tried it for two days, basically I was so hungry on 2 bowls of cereal all day, I gave up.
Don't do it, I was STARVING myself and still barely lost anything. The cereal doesn't fill you up at all...I found myself pouring 2 or 3 bowls for breakfast after 4 days.then i gave up. Now I eat meals that have no more than 300cals. Works way better and I don't constantly feel hungry. Seriously, the "diet" is a waste of time.

Good luck.
dont do it!!!! ull end up putting more on than wen u started yo yo dieting doesnt work! your body thinks its being straved, so after the 2 wks wen u start eating properly again evaryfin u eat will turn 2 fat, incase u strave yoursef again, so it can be used as energy.
