I am 5'10" what would you say my average weight should be?

Depends upon your bone structure. If you are small boned the optimum weight range would be 130 -155. If you are large boned (like me; I'm 5'10) the optimum weight range is 160 - 180.

But ya know; get to a weight that YOU are comfortable with. THAT'S your optimum weight!

I weighed 135 at my smallest and wore a size 5. I looked sick! A tall girl like you does not need to weigh 140 to be healthy. My most comfortable weight is 165. Find yours.

You should weigh between 132 lbs to 173 lbs.
umm well 155 is average but, if you're trying to lose weight lose 15lb's at the most.

Your weight depends on too many other factors to narrow down a healthy range based on height alone. Each person is different, based on activity level, body type, etc.

Just understand that the BMI ranges will be higher if you have a muscular build, lower if you have a lean build, etc.
