How can i lose 1 stone every 5 weeks??

i really need to lose weight but i keep eating junk food. i am trying really hard to stop but it is hard. what can i do? i am ovweweight, 165 lbs, 13 yrs old, 5'5 height. i need to lose at least 14 pounds every 5-6 weeks, is it possoble? wat can i do? excerises? please help. no diet pills or cleansing pleeeeez.
