I happen to like IntraCleanse. It's very easy to use since you just take 2 capsules in the morning and then again at night. It's not a harsh colon cleanser that will have you sitting in the bathroom for hours not is it one of the fad cleaners like the master cleanse where you have to eat practically nothing for a few days.

I have not found many of the cleanses to be very good in regular stores. The FDA does not require any restrictions on herbal remedies so proceed with caution. I have shopped Whole Foods and they have more reputable products, but overall I have been disappointed. I like Puritan's Pride website and have found their products to be excellent. puritanspride.com. I use many of their products (their Herbal Laxative- for a different reason than a cleanse of course - is excellent.). Good luck!!
