10 - 15 pounds HELP!!?


Question:
I need to lose 10 - 15 lbs by september 5th how can I do that i dont care if it's unhealthy or not. If i weight 120 and im 5'2, How much will i have to run a day? if i dont eat for 3 days how much weight will i lose?

Well if you dont care, Drugs and belemia..is the quickest, yet most unhealthiest way, the healthy way, Proper diet ( 5 meals a day, portioned about the size of your hand, no junk food), Running helps alot, Also pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups..and also Squats helP alot! SINCE it does almost work out almost every muscle in your body, and of course MOTIVATION!

please do not stop eating. its highly dangerous. u just have 2 run, excersize etc and eat healthy food everyday (follow the food pyramid) but dont eat large amounts of the food or else u will not lose a pound. i learned from experience good luck y'all
I think you should care whether it's healthy or not. Why do you want to now how much weight you will lose if you don't eat anyway? Thinking about not eating at all until you lose the required weight is gone? If you eat healthy and increase your daily activities, you'll lose some weight.
by the way, you are not too heavy
not eating for 3 days is VERY unhealthy and although you dont seem to care i would strongly advise against it. When you dont eat for 3 days or so, your body actually produces more fat cause it thinks u are starving and needs to have extra long-term energy stores. Just eat HEALTHY (fruits, vegetables, no junk food), and exercise daily, try and run about 2-3km at first then gradualy increase by 1 k a day if u can. From your height and weight you dont seem like u desperately need to lose weight, so dont harm your body for silly reasons, you only get one!
definitely do not stop eating. to stop eating is the worst way to lose weight. if you do that and achieve your goal and start eating again, you'll just gain it all back. the best way to lose weight is to eat conservatively and EXERCISE! Eat the most during the day.. your metabolism slows down at night so its harder to burn those dinner calories. 1 hour of exercise a day for 5 days a week is the way I do it... and eating light.
The only way you could loose that much is by dehydrating yourself which is not only unhealty but dangerous. Loosing weight too fast could put your heart, kidney and liver at risk. What is so important that you would risk your health for the rest of your life.
