Buring fat?

is there a work out that burns fat in your buttix area and if there is can you please tell me

Answers:
Unfortunately there is no scientific basis for spot reduction. You do need to eat right and exercise consistently for fat loss, you just can't choose when and where you will lose it.

And, exercising a specific area will not burn the fat off of that area or make it smaller. Your body simply doesn't work that way.

you can create more muscle there, but you cant spot reduce in just one area.
start doing more cardio, and the fat will start to come off and the muscle will show.
