My girlfriend wanted to know how to lose fats on thigh, tummy and butt?

walking, jogging, no need for drastic diets - just cut out the sweets and snacks between meals, and substitute any drinking liquids with water.

you sure this isn't for yourself ;). lol, anyways tell your girlfriend to do some leg raises. (lay on your side and raise your leg and come down, not fully and repeat) crunches i guess work well for the tummy as well as sit ups. and for butt... uh.. i'm not really sure, maybe try squeezing it in and out in and out haha.. anyways goodluck.
No matter what the info-mercials tell you, no machine or exercise can isolate one area when it comes to fat-loss. You can firm up and build muscles underneath the fat, but in order to lose it you need to eat smart and get in at least 30 minutes of cardio a day- up it if you already do.

Here are a few other suggestions:

1) I would suggest you do not buy food that you know you shouldn't eat. For example, if there is ice cream in the freezer, there's a good chance I'll dig in, if all I have around are healthy things, then those are my only options.

2) Stop eating out, ginormous portion sizes and mystery ingredients are what is turning America into an obese nation.

3) Eat a healthy breakfast- fiber rich cereal, oatmeal, avoid frozen pastries, sugary pop-tarts, and other junk. And whatever you do, don't skip a meal. Learn to cook, veggies and lean meats like turkey and chicken are great for dinner.

4) Burn it off. Get some exercise- don't worry what people think of you at the gym, just look forward to what they'll be thinking of you if you keep going long enough.
walking. It's the best thing for her to tone her thighs...it lifts the butt too. Tell her to do lunges everyday! Also...eat fruit. Fruit helped me fight fat on my body. When I was eating fruit, I didn't eat junk which in return helped me get rid of a lot of fat.
