I need to lose weight!?

In November I am going to my friends wedding and am a brides maid. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds. I am eating fat free yogurt for breakfast,cottage cheese for lunch and a sensable dinner like grilled chicken and veggies. I also exercise every morning for an hour. Is this healthy? I need some pointers please!
