Whats a good diet, and what one are you on?

I'm on the FRUIT diet. I lost 16 lbs by eating Fruit for breakfast and lunch. I never listened to people when they advised me to eat healthier, but that's really what it takes. Try it. If you're counting calories...don't count the fruit or veggies.

I'm not sure what a good "diet" (as in restricting or whatever to lose weight) is, since I've never gone on a diet.. but I think I eat a rather good diet (as in types of food typically consumed.)

I usually eat old-fashion oatmeal for breakfast with sliced strawberries, blueberries, almonds, cinnamon, flaxseed meal, and soy protein powder. I also put 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk because oatmeal + milk together makes a complete protein (contains all essential amino acids)

Or I have scrambled "egg beaters" (or 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg) - made with extra virgin olive oil, not butter - with chopped up tomato, onion, red and green peppers, shredded spinach, and fat-free/low fat shredded cheese.

If I don't have time to cook breakfast I'll just have a slice of toast with almond butter or natural peanut butter, and a peice of fruit.

I'm not going to go through all my meals. Breakfast is my most important meal. xD I usually eat wild salmon, boca burgers, natural PB, spinach salad, whole-grain bread/rice low fat/fat free cottage cheese and yogurt and etc often, as well as a bunch of varied fruits and vegetables.

I think it's relatively healthy?

I normally only consume dark chocolate as far as "sweets" go, and I drink about 3 cups of green tea, and 8-10 cups of water daily.

I exercise 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week.
