Body weight x .6 = grams per day
or up to your entire body weight = grams if you're heavily into body building.
For example, a 130 pound person needs about 80 grams a day minimum (weight x .6)

a regular female would need 40-50 gr
if you lift weight or are a fitness model you need 110-120
