Question:

Answers:
you could stand to lose 5-10 pounds, your kinda borderline, just watch what you eat so u dont gain anymore.

btw, it depends on your body. if your body looks good with that weight, then its healty...if your body looks like its malnourished, or overweight, then u need to fix it. so it depends on your own body.
yes im 5 ft 5 and i weigh 117.5 and i hav an athletic build
you should find a bmi(body mass index) wich takes ur hight and wight to tell u what type of body u hav such as moderate obese and so on
I would say don't worry about numbers. Do you feel good and look good? That is all that matters. You might exercise a half an hour everyday and still weigh what you weigh. Just worry about how you feel.
Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.get2itnow.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
