Answers:
There are no calories in plain water. try a glass of cold water half an hour before meals it cuts down your appetite
i read u should drink ice cold water as it burns more calories for yr body to heat the water to body temperature.
Yes and no, you see the actual act of eating burns very few calories, after all you are not doing much more then using a few jaw muscles to chew. Lifting a glass of water up to your mouth uses about the same calories. So it makes no difference.
Eat healthy and excercise darling, that will trim you up nicely, no short cuts they are always short term. Proud walkers advise is not very good advise quite honestly. ask any dietician/nutritionist.
Another wonky answer down below. Food is broken down by stomache acids, which vary according to the food consumed. For example rice actually starts to digest as soon as you put it in your mouth because your saliva contains chemicals that break it down. By drinking water with or close to a meal, you dilute the essential acids thus slowing the digestive process. Drinking water is essential, but do so inbetween meals, at least an hour before or after, preferably longer.
Physiological fact.
yes it helps your body break the food down quicker and you ingest vitamins and minerals better eat same food break it down to five small meals you'll be laughing your skinny *** off in no time
