I want to work out and procure toned, but if I do, will my butt achieve smaller?


Okay I am 14 and it's not that I think I am chubby, I just want to procure in shape, but I am afraid that but doing this, I will trademark my butt smaller. I am top heavy and hold quite a small butt to start with and I own recently be eating slightly a lot so that I COULD fashion my butt bigger, but unfortunately, I didn't gain the mass in the right places. I want to work this bad now, but I am afraid that if I do, afterwards I will loose that little bit of weight I did gain here. I would really appreciate ANY help next to my situation. Thanks very much. = )


Answers:    You may lose some hefty on your behind, but you can gain muscle, which is infinitley more appealing!

Focus on excercises that isolate the glutes, and use elevated weights at low reps to build as much muscle mass back near as possible.
EMBRACE your small butt haha try doing bike riding..sometimes that incresaes muscle in your butt and make it look rounder.....
