Question about exercising and eating.?

Question:
Okay, I run cross country. Which means A LOT of running if you know anything about the sport.

But here's the thing.. I have this like.. unatural obsession with peanut butter lol.
Like I can't stop myself from eating some everyday. More that two tablespoons i might add.
I go through a jar in about 3 days :/

This won't make me fat will it? With the amount of excersing I do.
Another question, I totally over did it right now. I had soo much peanut butter. Probably half the jar :/
I'm going to practice tomorrow at 5:30.. So will it cancel out the peanut butter I ate?

Thanks!

Peanut butter is good in moderation, but you are sabatoging the results you are trying to acheive thru running by consuming so much of it. PB is still high in fat and calories, it is good protein but only eat a couple of tablespoons a day at the very most. When you get a craving for it go for a run or grab a piece of fruit to chew on instead!! Good luck!!
probally not sorry thats alot of fat grams
Peanut butter can be good for you because it has protein and protein burns fat. But it also has oil which can be fattening. If you work out you probably will burn it off. If you really like peanut butter that much then don't worry so much, eat what you like.
Like most things in life, peanut butter is good in moderation. Too much and it can be bad for you. There is a lot of fat in it, and that's not something you want an excess of in you diet. With all your running, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Think about this though. In a couple of years you'll be forced to get a job, and you probably won't have time to do cross country. So while now you can burn it off, you won't be able to later on. I'd say you need to learn to control your cravings. Next time reach for some fruit, or try eating some plain peanuts (the known butter kind)
Mmmmm, another peanut butter lover here! For a few years I had only eaten Smucker's natural peanut butter on my sammiches. I ate so much of that stuff that I actually got sick of it for awhile. Then someone @ work was making peanut butter & crackers & I had some. Wow, since I had been used to the natural stuff for so long, I had forgotten what regular peanut butter was like! To me, it was almost like candy. After that day, I'd use peanut butter as a desert. I'd have a big tablespoon full a couple times a week.

I agree with the others who told you that peanut butter is fine in moderation. It's great that you get so much exercise, but if you're afraid of getting fat I'd just limit your consumption to a tablespoon or two a few times a week.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.think-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
