milk doesnt actually have a lot of calcium in it, nuts are better, like almonds (very good)
I'm really interested to hear everyone else's answers because I'm 15 female and I drink milk yet I'm not growin a lot. I think the key thing is to sleep early or at least get a decent amount of sleep and to eat well!
Morning is the best time, and while Whole Milk holds the vitamins that babies need, you should be safe with 1-3 cups of 1% or 2% milk a day.

You can't count on milk to make you taller. You have a genetic predisposition that will determine your height. Milk is good for making stronger bones. Have an 8oz glass each meal. If you get a craving for a glass, drink it; the craving is your body's way of telling you it wants more milk.

Height will primarily be caused by the amount of human growth hormone your body generates. There are lots of HGH supplements on the market but most of them are just talk. Best thing is just to eat healthy. Its not been proven that junk food stunts growth, but it cant help it. Also, sodas can be detrimental to bone mass so avoid that if possible.
