Weight Question?

Question:
Is 125 a pretty good weight for a girl who is turning 15, has good stomach and leg muscles, big framed, five foot and four inches?
I am also due to have some growth spurts.

Answers:
You are doing a great job of taking care of your body and I'm really impressed that you realize the importance of maintaining a healthy weight at your young age. Keep up the good work!
Yup you're in the healthy range its completely fine to be.
It's an excellent weight for your height. Take a pinch test: if you can grab an inch of flab between your fingers, that's when you have too much. Your weight is not so important as long as you are solid and don't have extra flab!!
excellant since it seems all muscle.
keep it up sweetie!!
yeah you sound perfect! keep it up!

p.s.; Anonym, the pinch test does not measure health in any way ... I can pinch about an inch on my stomach, and I'm 120lbs, 5'9'', I bicycle at LEAST 2-3 hours a day, eat about 1850 calories - and your going to say I have too much fat?

that just doesn't seem right! ;o)
